My role: UX/UI Designer, contributing to the design of the platform from the definition of the information structure through to implementation in WordPress.Responsibility: Development of a structured digital repository, focused on content organisation, accessibility and scalability.

Challenge

How do you organise and present sensitive, complex information in a way that is clear, accessible and trustworthy, meeting the needs of victims and professionals at the same time?

Solution

Development of a digital platform that:
- Centralises essential resources;
- Structures content intuitively;
- Promotes accessibility and trust;
Allows for continuous growth and updating.

Key outcomes

1. Clear information organisation
A hierarchical structure that makes navigation and content discovery easier.
2. Scalable platform
A system prepared for the continuous expansion of resources.
3. A trustworthy digital space
A clear, institutional interface that conveys a sense of safety to the user.

Approach

The project was guided by principles of:
- User-centred design;
- Information architecture;
- Accessibility and communicational clarity.
With a particular focus on organising and simplifying complex content, ensuring an intuitive experience for diverse audiences.

Structuring the information

The main focus of this project was information architecture.Content hierarchy
- Categorisation by theme and audience;
- Definition of levels of depth;
- Task-oriented organisation.
WireframesExploration of different structures to validate the organisation of the information.

Materialising the solution

Development of mockups in Figma, focused on:- Legibility;
- Clear navigation;
- Visual consistency.

Implementing the solution

Transition to WordPress with:
- A modular structure;
- Easy content management;
- Responsiveness.
Final result
A platform that is:
- Informative;
- Accessible;
- User-centred;
- Prepared for future evolution.

Prototype

Critical reflection

This project reinforced the importance of:
- Thinking of design as the organisation of knowledge;
- Balancing the needs of different user profiles;
- Using information architecture as a central UX tool.
Conclusion
This project demonstrates my ability to:
- Structure complex information systems;
- Translate content into clear, usable experiences.
